 White-throated Sparrow 02/21/2007 - 02:15 This is a White-throated Sparrow from the back yard. They are only in this area for the Winter, and right now they are very plentiful. They seem to enjoy standard bird seed in the feeders and on the ground. They are apparently not interested in suet. Unfortunately, one of these flew into my basement's sliding glass doors yesterday and died on impact... Comment (2) | Permalink |
